• Finding things. Browse products and services, or use search to filter the whole marketplace.
• Checking out. Add items to your bagand pay at checkout. Your payment is held in escrow — the seller doesn't receive it until the order is delivered.
• Tracking orders. Your orderspage shows each order's status and lets you download digital products.
• Confirming delivery.When you're happy, confirm delivery to release payment to the seller, and leave a review to help other buyers.
• When something goes wrong. Open a dispute from the order page before the escrow window closes. Funds stay in escrow while our team reviews both sides.

• Forgot your password? Use password reset.
• Update your profile and preferences in settings.
• Never share your password. The Merchant team will never ask for it.
