Seller guide

From sign-up to your first payout, step by step.

1. Create your account

Sign upwith your email, verify your address, and complete onboarding. The same account can buy and sell, so there's nothing extra to set up later.

2. Verify your identity (KYC)

Before you can withdraw earnings, complete identity verification from the KYC page in your dashboard. This protects buyers and sellers from fraud and is required by our payment partners.

3. List a product or service

  • Digital products — ebooks, courses, templates, presets, and design assets. Add a description, price, and the file or link buyers receive. Create a product.
  • Services — describe the scope, set a delivery timeline, and optionally split the work into milestones. Create a service.

4. Use milestones for bigger jobs

Milestones split a service into smaller stages, like a first draft and a final delivery. Your payment is held safely in escrow and only released to the seller once the work is delivered and approved. If something goes wrong, you can open a dispute before the funds are released.

5. Deliver and get paid through escrow

When a buyer orders, their payment is held in escrow. Deliver the product or service and mark the order as delivered from your orders. Funds are released to your wallet when the buyer confirms — or automatically once the escrow window ends if the buyer doesn't respond. You can follow each order's funds on the escrow page.

If a buyer opens a dispute, respond from the disputes page with any evidence; our team reviews both sides before funds move.

6. Withdraw your earnings

Released funds appear in your wallet. Once your KYC is approved and your bank details are verified, you can request a payout. Payouts are currently sent as bank transfers to Nigerian bank accounts in Naira (NGN); more payout options are planned.
